Service style A (On-site service)
- Place: We work at your office so we can reach your detailed needs.
- Time: We work on your business hours so we can help whenever your staff needs
- We IT-consult your company for free for the first time.
- Frequency: Please decide the day of week and we visit every week(i.e. every Wednesday).
If you agree with every-week contract, we help you by email or phone everyday.
Some-days-a-month contract is possible, but available days need preadjustment.
Service style B (On-demand service)
- Place: We work at our office according to your request by phone or email.
We work at your office if necessary to solve your problem. - Time: Anytime when we are available
- Frequency: According to your needs, you can request whenever you like.
Service price is calculated based on hours we need for your request.
Service price
- Price: 4,000 yen per hour (plus 5% consumption tax ),
8 hours a day(same as your business hours) and please pay traffic expenses as well. - Report/Payment: We provide you monthly work report until the third(3rd) business day of following month,
so please make payment until the tenth(10th) business day.
